As I mentioned on the homepage of this website, I am a teacher, an academic director, and a trainer for my fellow junior computer and English instructors in Yayasan LPIA, Lembaga Pendidikan Indonesia - Amerika. What is LPIA? It is one of the best educational institutions in Indonesia. It provides computer and English learning to Indonesian people.
It is a practical website for LPIA students and teachers to learn about web design using the Hypertext Markup Language HTML5, the Cascading Stylesheet CSS3, the Javascript, and the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor. It was made as simple as possible. But with up-to-date web design techniques that conform to the current internet standards. It was also made for speed, the number one priority here.
Many websites are created by ignoring good practice of web design standards. This website encourages people who blog and design websites to conform to the good standards. Besides that, current social, political, and economic situations in Indonesia worthy to be mentioned and be commented on in a blog website.
Permadi.net was created during my annual leave of December 2023 to keep my mind sharp in my hometown of Maja in Lebak, Banten province of Indonesia. Too much fun enjoying life with the wife and the kids ain't good, right? Everything that is too much ain't good!
This blogging website was created with the help of WonderCMS to preprocess its PHP scripts. It is the core engine of all the blogging posts written here. With the help of Firefox's built-in Web Developer Tools, Permadi.net was modified and optimized for speed, fast enough to be accessed through mobile phones.
Permadi.net was created using just a simple but powerful text editor of Notepad++, analyzed for its website performance using several online tools such as Google's PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix, and WebPageTest, and checked its web conformance standards using Nu HTML Validator and W3C's CSS Validation Service.
